Background
The 8 beach huts at Totland Bay were offered for sale on the 13th October by Barnard Marcus of London. The previous owners Southern Water sold the property through one of their subsiderys called S.W.Land & Development. The new owners have accepted reservations on Nos. 3-8. The plan being to sell Nos. 1 & 2 together.
